The Well on Whidbey (or Church done Simply)

We have been called to be different, to shine our Light in a world that is tired of the status quo... We are not to be conformed to world, instead we are to be conformed to the likeness of Christ so that the world can be reached. We are called to bring life not condemnation in John 4:14 Jesus says "but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

The unsuspecting Hollywood Master’s Commission team.  They had no idea what they were getting themselves into.

When a team of people come together to serve the body of Christ and have a mission to go to other churches they usually aren’t expecting to come to a church and get ministered to instead of the other way around.

I’m pretty sure all of our group was feeling a sense of anticipation knowing that we were going to have the chance to pray for these guys, knowing that The Holy Spirit had something special for them.

After sharing testimonies and spending sometime in the Word discussing Memorials, Markers and Idols (I’ll post more on those later) we worshipped and prayed.  Man was it awesome.  We started with Sean a new friend from the Island that is going through it, he has been in the church for a long time, but is fairly new to the gifts of  The Spirit.  It was awesome to see him get some freedom. Then came Sarah, the Faithful, (that’s her warrior name I just gave her).  Then it was time for the MC Team Jeremy, Josh, Keisha and Dusty.  It never ceases to amaze me how much Abba loves the young people that have a heart to serve Him and His people.  It was an awesome time of confirmation, love, healing, encouragement, forgiveness and blessing.  Even the little red chihuahua stepped out in prime fashion after being away for awhile.
