The Well on Whidbey (or Church done Simply)

We have been called to be different, to shine our Light in a world that is tired of the status quo... We are not to be conformed to world, instead we are to be conformed to the likeness of Christ so that the world can be reached. We are called to bring life not condemnation in John 4:14 Jesus says "but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

random thoughts

Has anyone ever wondered if our country would be in it’s current situation if Christian’s would actually pray for our leaders to have their hearts turned to Jesus and to have the mind of Christ in their decision making, instead of complaining about everything they are doing wrong?

Current situation = destructing family values and structure, the economy, unemployment rate, education system, history being changed to reflect different world views instead of the truth of what happened, forcing children to accept alternative lifestyles as ok from their early development years, removal of prayer from schools and civic events, people not understanding the Constitution and the heart of our forefathers, a welfare system that forces people to stay in impoverished state and doesn’t promote avenues to improve themselves…. this is the short list

Father God, please have continued mercy on our nation, please capture the hearts of our leaders at all levels, please direct us as a nation onto the path that will turn us back to YOU.  Thank You Jesus!!!  Amen!!!
