The Well on Whidbey (or Church done Simply)

We have been called to be different, to shine our Light in a world that is tired of the status quo... We are not to be conformed to world, instead we are to be conformed to the likeness of Christ so that the world can be reached. We are called to bring life not condemnation in John 4:14 Jesus says "but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

A visitation from DADDY (update from the Gathering last night)

Psalm 68:5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,Is God in His holy habitation.

John 8:41 41 You do the deeds of your father.”
Then they said to Him, “We were not born of fornication; we have one Father—God.”

Romans 8:14-17 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption by whom we cry out, “Abba, Father.” 16 The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, 17 and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.

One of the stand out happenings at the prayer gathering last night was a specific word and visitation from our Daddy in heaven. It is always so amazing whe HE shows up in one of HIS most intimate forms, HE has a way of penetrating hearts even through the thickest of man made walls.  For three in particular HE showed up like this, all having different backgrounds and reasons, but all needing a deep intimate touch and a reminder that their DADDY loves them personally more than anything.  It was awesome!!!
